VIRTUAL CONFERENCES OFFERED VIA ZOOM
The Firm offers virtual conferences at Client's option via ZOOM. Prior to scheduling a ZOOM conference, the Client should contact The Firm and write a detailed description of the legal problem for which the Client is seeking assistance. The purpose of this arrangement is to allow the attorney time to determine the appropriate legal remedy for the Client's situation. Communications to The Firm will be kept confidential in accordance with Florida Bar rules.
Within forty-eight (48) hours, the Firm will contact the Client for either more information and/ or to schedule the Video Conference with the Attorney. At that time, the Firm will notify the Client if any fee must be paid prior to the Video Conference and to transmit to the Client a Retainer/ Fee ("Fee") Agreement, if applicable. Under no circumstances shall Client be charged a Fee without Client's consent.
